DISCLAIMER
Please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly to ensure you understand and agree to comply with them prior to submitting your booking. By completing the booking form and/or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined below.
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 A booking is confirmed once the client has completed the booking form and paid the required deposit.
All-Inclusive Event DJ Service: $50 minimum deposit
Love 2.0 Wedding DJ Service: 50% deposit of the total package price
1.2 The deposit is non-refundable after the 14-day cancellation window (see Section 4).
1.3 By booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Club House Hire will provide DJ services and all necessary equipment to perform at the event.
2.2 Club House Hire will be curating and performing high-quality music entertainment, tailored to your event to create the perfect atmosphere.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 All deposits must be paid via bank transfer.
3.2 The remaining balance may be paid via bank transfer, PayID, or cash and is due by the event/wedding date.
3.3 Late payment fees may apply if the remaining balance is not received by the due date.
3.4 Prices quoted include standard services as outlined. Any additional services requested by the client will incur extra charges.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Refunds can be requested up to 14 days before the event date.
4.2 Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.
4.3 In the event that Club House Hire must cancel, we will notify the client as soon as possible and do our best to provide a replacement DJ from our recommended vendors. A full refund will be issued regardless if a replacement cannot be arranged.
5. Event Requirements and Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients must provide accurate event/wedding details, including: date, time, location, and any special requirements.
5.2 Clients should ensure that any dietary requirements or restrictions for the DJ are communicated in advance and accommodated where possible.
5.3 Club House Hire is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors outside our control (e.g., venue restrictions, extreme weather, or power outages).
5.4 The client is responsible for ensuring a safe setup area for the DJ equipment.
6. Music and Content
6.1 Clients provide playlists or preferred tracks; Club House Hire will curate and enhance them creatively and will do our best to play requests. All music content will be appropriate, and not political or harmful.
6.2 Your event may be filmed or photographed for advertising purposes. Please discuss with us beforehand if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
7. Liability
7.1 Club House Hire will take reasonable care of equipment, but cannot be held liable for damage caused by misuse, venue issues, or acts beyond our control.
7.2 Clients agree to indemnify Club House Hire for any damage caused to the equipment by themselves or their guests.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1 By submitting a booking form and/or paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
